Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for executives
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents with discretion
- Handle incoming communications and prioritize executive schedules
- Oversee billing processes and expense report reconciliation
- Coordinate meetings and take detailed minutes
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital calendar tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
