Tanggung Jawab
- Develop evidence-based nutrition assessment and intervention plans for inpatients/outpatients
- Conduct nutritional counseling sessions for chronic disease management (diabetes, obesity, etc.)
- Collaborate with physicians to create integrated treatment plansMonitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle modifications
- Supervise dietetic staff and interns
- Stay current with latest nutrition research and clinical guidelines
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with STR Ahli Gizi certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience in hospital setting
- Expertise in therapeutic diets (renal, diabetic, pediatric, etc.)
- Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment software and EMR systems
- Certification in Clinical Nutrition (e.g., CDN) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid BLS certification
