Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement evidence-based nutritional assessment protocols for inpatient/outpatient populations
- Create personalized therapeutic meal plans addressing metabolic disorders, allergies, and lifestyle modifications
- Conduct one-on-one nutritional counseling with measurable outcome tracking
- Lead community workshops on preventive nutrition and healthy aging
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize treatment plans for chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems with HIPAA compliance
- Mentor junior nutrition staff through case reviews and skill development sessions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S2/Master's in Clinical Nutrition preferred
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital/clinical setting
- Valid STR-Ahli Gizi registration from KNI
- Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE) or Sports Nutrition (CSSD) advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in nutritional analysis software (e.g., NutriBase, Dietix)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent medical terminology knowledge
- Strong presentation skills for corporate wellness programs
- Experience with EMR systems and data-driven nutrition interventions
