Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Prepare monthly/yearly closing reports and variance analysis
- Manage tax compliance (PPh, PPN) and regulatory filings
- Lead internal audit processes and control implementation
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with SAK-IP certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and SAP/Oracle systems
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven leadership in team management projects
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
