Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) compliant with PSAK standards
- Oversee tax compliance (PPH, PPN) and liaise with tax authorities
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Mentor junior accountants and implement process improvements
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of PSAK, tax regulations, and Indonesian financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in managing accounting teams
