Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis initiatives
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with SAK certification
- 5+ years of experience in multinational companies
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (VBA preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CA) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
