Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and prepare tax filings
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors during statutory and internal audits
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with SAK certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/PAK) preferred
