Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly/yearly financial statements
- Lead tax compliance processes including VAT, PPh, and annual tax returns
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and oversee general ledger activities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with auditors during financial statement reviews
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Mentor junior accounting staff and improve department workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years experience
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven track record in financial reporting and compliance
