Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with PSAK
- Manage tax compliance (PPh, PPN, BPHTB) and coordinate with tax authorities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial risks
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting with SAK certification mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
- Professional certification (Ak, CA) preferred
