Tanggung Jawab
- Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough medication therapy reviews and provide expert advice to patients regarding prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications.
- Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescriptions, ensuring correct dosage, form, and patient instructions are provided.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor inventory levels, manage drug expiration dates, and ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Health Promotion: Educate the community on disease prevention, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and dispensing logs.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker Resmi) with a valid license from Kemenkes RI.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and compounding techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
