Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with meticulous attention to dosage and interactions
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients and healthcare staff
- Manage inventory control and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize therapeutic regimens
- Implement quality assurance protocols for drug preparation and storage
- Train junior pharmacy staff on best practices
- Conduct health screenings and vaccination services
Kualifikasi
- S1 Pharmacy degree from accredited institution (STR. Apoteker)
- Minimum 3 years clinical/hospital pharmacy experience
- Valid Indonesian pharmacy license (STR) in good standing
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
