Tanggung Jawab
- Design pixel-perfect UI interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Create interactive prototypes and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Develop user journey maps and wireframes for complex digital products
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve design performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 4+ years of professional UI/UX experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
