Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company vision and market expansion goals
- Lead cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, and finance divisions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process optimization
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and government entities
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management for operational excellence
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement frameworks

Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business/Engineering with S2/MBA from reputable university
- Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in director/executive roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech operations in Indonesian market
- Expertise in digital transformation and agile methodologies
- Strong P&L management and strategic financial planning skills
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing 50+ person teams
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory landscape
