Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and finance divisions
- Optimize business processes and implement performance metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders and government entities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and innovation programs
- Oversee budget planning and financial resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian corporate regulations and international standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree from reputable university with MBA or equivalent certification
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology operations across APAC markets
- Expertise in strategic planning and P&L management (IDR 50B+ scale)
- Strong network within Indonesian tech ecosystem and regulatory bodies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (business proficiency)
- Certified in Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
