Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and treat complex internal medicine conditions with precision
- Lead multidisciplinary care teams and coordinate patient treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with international standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Conduct medical research and contribute to clinical innovations
- Mentor junior medical staff and participate in continuous education
Kualifikasi
- S1 and Spesialis Kedokteran Dalam from accredited institution
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) from IDI
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in hospital setting
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (Subspesialis preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and medical ethics
