Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions with precision
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans and health management strategies
- Coordinate with specialists for complex patient cases
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Lead health education initiatives for community outreach programs
- Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Medical degree (S.Ked) from accredited Indonesian university
- Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and specialist certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital setting
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
