Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in residential/commercial spaces using advanced techniques
- Execute detailed deep-cleaning protocols for kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Operate specialized equipment (steam cleaners, HEPA vacuums) with precision
- Implement eco-friendly cleaning solutions and waste management systems
- Conduct pre/post-service inspections using our digital quality control app
- Manage inventory of premium cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere strictly to client confidentiality and service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience in high-end environments
- Expert knowledge of textile care, surface compatibility, and stain removal
- Valid health certification and basic first aid training
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15kg
- Clean background check and professional references required
- Proficiency in using smart home cleaning technology preferred
