Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into production environments
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations to product teams
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure ethical AI practices
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in ML or data science (e.g., Google Cloud ML, AWS ML)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
