Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and SaaS applications
- Create and execute IT documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 and enterprise software suites
- Conduct user training on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise IT support environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid IT architectures
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms for ticket management
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/oral)
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
