Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and incident response protocols
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 100+ users
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Expert proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with logical problem-solving approach
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
