Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic school vision aligned with national education standards
- Lead and mentor teaching staff through professional development programs
- Oversee curriculum enhancement and academic quality assurance
- Manage school operations, budgets, and facility maintenance
- Foster parent-community engagement and stakeholder relationships
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in teaching methodologies
- Ensure compliance with MoRTAB regulations and accreditation requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education/Management with minimum 10 years teaching experience
- S2/S3 in Educational Leadership preferred
- Proven track record as school administrator or principal (min. 5 years)
- Certified Kepala Sekolah (SKKNI) or equivalent qualification
- Expertise in curriculum design and educational technology integration
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong financial and human resource management capabilities
