Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic vision aligned with national education standards and international best practices
- Lead curriculum innovation across primary to secondary levels with emphasis on STEM and bilingual education
- Manage faculty development programs ensuring 95%+ teacher certification compliance
- Foster parent-school partnerships through community engagement initiatives
- Oversee operational excellence including budget management and facility optimization
- Drive digital transformation in teaching methodologies and administrative processes
- Represent the institution in national educational forums and accreditation bodies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Master's degree in Education Leadership or related field with S3 preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in educational leadership with 5+ as principal
- Proven track record of improving academic performance (NEM/UN score improvement)
- Bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience managing international curriculum (IB/Cambridge)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-billion IDR budgets
- Certified in educational leadership (Nasional/Internasional)
- Strategic planning experience with measurable KPI implementation
