Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic school improvement plans aligned with national education standards
- Lead curriculum innovation and ensure academic excellence across all grade levels
- Manage school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation efficiently
- Mentor and develop teaching staff through professional growth programs

Kualifikasi
- Minimum S2 degree in Education Management or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in educational leadership, including 3+ as Kepala Sekolah
- Proven track record of improving academic performance and school reputation
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in educational leadership from recognized institution
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (mandatory)
- Experience with international curriculum frameworks (IB/Cambridge preferred)
