Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently deliver parcels and documents to designated locations within Jakarta metropolitan area
- Maintain real-time package tracking accuracy via our mobile application
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely handle and secure valuable/high-priority shipments
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle and equipment inspections
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Resolve delivery exceptions proactively with customer support team
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C with minimum 2 years accident-free driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's major roads and traffic patterns
- Strong physical fitness for package handling (up to 20kg)
- Exceptional time management and route optimization skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery management system
- Clean criminal record and reliable character references
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Previous courier/delivery experience preferred
