Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages/documents to designated locations with punctuality and precision
- Verify recipient identity and maintain delivery documentation
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily safety checks
- Report delivery exceptions and operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 graduate with valid SIM C
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Familiarity with Jakarta traffic patterns and shortcuts
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking systems
- Physical fitness to handle packages up to 20kg
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Customer service-oriented communication abilities
- Clean driving record and valid vehicle insurance
