Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Provide individual, couples, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate effectively with medical doctors, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and professional development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology from an accredited university.
- Registered Psychologist (Terdaftar) with the Indonesian Psychological Association (PSI).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting (Senior candidates preferred).
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and demonstrate cultural competence with a diverse clientele.
- Compassionate, non-judgmental, and committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
