Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement digital cataloging systems using Koha and MARC standards
- Lead information literacy workshops for students and professionals
- Manage acquisition and preservation of rare manuscripts and digital archives
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects for community outreach programs
- Train junior librarians in advanced reference services and research methodologies
- Optimize library databases for enhanced user experience and SEO
- Analyze usage statistics to inform collection development strategies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science or Information Management (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in academic or public library settings
- Expertise in digital preservation techniques and metadata standards
- Proficiency in library management systems (Koha, Evergreen)
- Certification in Information Literacy Instruction (ILI) required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making ability
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Experience managing library budgets and vendor relationships
