Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead end-to-end AI projects from data collection to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products
- Conduct research on emerging AI techniques and implement cutting-edge algorithms
- Optimize model performance and ensure robust data preprocessing pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and translate business requirements into AI solutions
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Strong communication skills and experience leading technical teams
