Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting, to identify key business drivers.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS and PSAK standards.
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects, product launches, and operational changes.
- Monitor KPIs and key metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian (business context).
