Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations and document management systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and stakeholder communications
- Develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive presentations
- Oversee inventory management and procurement procedures
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Lead onboarding processes for new team members
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration or related field (min. GPA 3.0)
- 3+ years experience in administrative management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
