Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural debt.
- Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record as a Staff Engineer or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (Technical English preferred).
