Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group tutoring sessions in English language and Mathematics
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports to parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools and multimedia resources for enhanced learning
- Maintain accurate session records and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize teaching methodologies
- Participate in periodic training workshops and peer review sessions
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years proven tutoring experience with demonstrable results
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (min. TOEFL 550)
- Strong mathematics foundation up to high school level
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse learners
- Proficiency in digital teaching platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.)
- Patience, creativity, and passion for student development
- Background check and teaching certification preferred
