Tanggung Jawab
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Science, and English
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and feedback
- Collaborate with parents to establish learning objectives and track milestones
- Utilize digital teaching tools and interactive learning resources
- Maintain detailed progress reports and learning portfolios
- Participate in monthly training workshops for skill enhancement
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education, Mathematics, or related field (minimum GPA 3.5)
- Minimum 2 years of formal teaching experience
- Proficiency in English (TOEFL score > 500 or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with students aged 6-15
- Strong classroom management and conflict resolution abilities
- Creative lesson planning expertise using modern pedagogical methods
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms (Google Classroom, Quizlet)
- Valid educator certification preferred
