Tanggung Jawab
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and create detailed user personas
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs with developers
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve existing products
- Create compelling visual designs that align with brand identity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in agile environments
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
