Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Relevant diploma degree from accredited institution
