Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote support and on-site visits
- Manage helpdesk tickets with SLA compliance and customer satisfaction focus
- Deploy and configure IT infrastructure including network devices and cloud services
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Conduct user training sessions on new systems and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in technical support with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
