Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote and on-site support
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical guidance via phone, email, and chat support channels
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset management procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Train end-users on system usage and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
