Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets with SLA compliance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor system health and implement preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field (S1 preferred)
- 2+ years experience in IT support/help desk roles
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking (TCP/IP, VPN), and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- ITIL/CompTIA A+/Network+ certification advantageous
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
