- Efficiently collect and deliver packages with 99% accuracy across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Maintain real-time delivery tracking via mobile application
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safeguard high-value items with proper handling protocols
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation tools
- Conduct pre-delivery quality checks for packaging integrity
- Resolve delivery exceptions with proactive communication
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road networks and shortcuts
- Strong physical ability to handle packages up to 20kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for tracking apps
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Clean criminal record and good driving history
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous logistics or delivery experience preferred
