Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents promptly to designated locations across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Inspect packages for damage before and after delivery
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure efficiency
- Provide real-time delivery updates through our mobile application
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks daily
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid SIM A with minimum 1-year driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road network
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 25kg
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking
- Good physical health and stamina
