Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing meetings
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails) with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Secretarial Studies or related field
- 3+ years experience as Executive Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of modern office management practices
