Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance management systems
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate professional development programs
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality
- Support compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and other statutory requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in multinational companies
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certified in HRBP or SHRM-CP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in tech/startup environments highly valued
