Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver warm, professional service to guests while maintaining impeccable table standards
- Master menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for accurate order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and efficiency
- Process payments accurately and maintain transaction records
- Contribute to maintaining a spotless dining environment
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (preferred)
