Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical and billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly improvement workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written/verbal skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Certificate in customer service management preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting
