Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support strategic business initiatives and solve complex problems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor trends to provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data technologies to recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Sertifikat atau gelar Sarjana (S1) dalam Statistik, Matematika, Ekonomi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dalam peran analisis data atau bisnis intelligence.
- Kepahaman mendalam dalam query database menggunakan SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, atau Oracle).
- Kemampuan pemrograman yang solid dalam Python atau R untuk analisis data lanjutan.
- Keahlian tingkat lanjut dalam Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Pengalaman penggunaan alat visualisasi data seperti Power BI, Tableau, atau Google Data Studio.
- Keahlian komunikasi yang kuat dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (dalam konteks bisnis) untuk menerjemahkan data menjadi wawasan.
