Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across enterprise software systems
- Provide remote and on-site support to high-profile clients with SLA adherence
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technical training sessions
- Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement proactive monitoring systems to prevent recurring issues
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or IT field with 3+ years technical support experience
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Client-focused attitude with conflict resolution expertise
