  • Maintain deep product knowledge across service portfolios

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or support roles
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Certification in customer service management (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
