Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service processes
- Contribute to monthly customer satisfaction improvement initiatives
- Train new team members on service standards
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years' experience in customer service/tech support
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and helpdesk software
- Certification in customer experience management preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- University degree in Business/Communications or equivalent
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries a plus
