Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLA standards
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality
- Proactively educate customers on products/services to prevent future issues
- Analyze customer feedback trends and contribute to service innovation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or related support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in both team-based and independent work environments
- Experience working with remote teams preferred
- Relevant certification (e.g., CXPA, HDI) is a plus
