Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using systematic problem-solving methodologies
- Document all interactions meticulously in our CRM system
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rate through personalized solutions
- Proactively upsell relevant products/services based on customer needs
- Participate in monthly service innovation workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service/technical support
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce CRM systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote or hybrid environments
- Strong analytical thinking for root cause analysis
- Relevant certifications in customer service management (preferred)
